About the Role

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting.
• Support daily business operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Assist with the automation of accounting processes and digitalization efforts.
• Support liquidity monitoring.
• Gain initial experience in payment processing and VAT pre-registrations.
• Participate in financial projects and develop knowledge of digital workflows.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, tax assistant) or a degree in finance/accounting.
• Ideally 1-2 years of practical experience in accounting.
• Digitally proficient with no hesitation towards new software systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Structured and conscientious work ethic with a high quality standard.
• Eager to learn, communicative, and enjoys teamwork.
