About the Role
As a Service Technician for Protection Technology, you will support our customers on-site and be responsible for technical support and training of our service partners. This role involves working with medium and low-voltage protection devices, modernizing customer protection technology, and handling commissioning to maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate protection devices in the medium and low-voltage range.
- Modernize customer protection technology, from commissioning to maintenance.
- Troubleshoot faults and failures in close cooperation with customers, partners, and specialist departments.
- Participate in on-call duty and emergency services, which are compensated separately.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical field and further training as a Master Craftsman (w/m/d) or Technician (w/m/d) in electrical engineering.
- Experience in protection technology and handling protection devices.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Very good German language skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.
