Neilson is seeking driven individuals for a career in life insurance sales. This role offers fully paid LLQP training and licensing, comprehensive classroom training, and personalized coaching to help you succeed in a rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Master life insurance products and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Build relationships with clients and serve as their life insurance advisor.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain an LLQP license (with fully paid training and support).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- No life insurance sales experience required.
- Proven customer service or sales experience will set you up for success.
