About the Role
Master Fitters & Builders provide a tour-level club fitting experience by working one-on-one with customers. This role combines in-depth technical club fitting knowledge with relational sales skills to manage customer relationships, build networks, and support store operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct innovative tour-level fitting experiences
- Interpret and explain data points during the club fitting process
- Grow and maintain customer relationships for the studio
- Maintain studio brand standards and workplace cleanliness
- Operate technology including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office
- Build golf clubs to industry-leading tolerances
- Utilize relational selling methods to achieve business metrics
Requirements
- Experience with club fitting and launch monitors
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to perform manual tasks to build golf clubs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
