About the Role
This position supports the Client Service Center by managing a book of personal insurance clients. The role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing
- Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions
- Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
- Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
- Promote adoption of digital tools and resources
- Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs
- Complete additional projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active P&C license
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- On-site presence required
