About the Role
The Education Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of orientation and educational programs. This role requires strong organizational skills and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of educational experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing new employee orientation, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials, and participant communication.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update educational content.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants.
- Manage program registrations and maintain accurate participant records.
- Create and distribute program-related communications.
- Maintain records of attendance and evaluations to generate effectiveness reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and vendors.
- Manage logistical arrangements for on-site and virtual events.
- Analyze participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform administrative tasks including budget monitoring and invoice processing.
Requirements
- One year of experience in program coordination, event planning, or education administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to new or changing situations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
