Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify local training needs and deliver timely training solutions.
- Facilitate and coordinate local training initiatives for Envoy Customer Care & Customer Operations.
- Provide hands-on instruction and be proficient in all work areas performed by Customer Service Hub employees.
- Manage training orientation, assist with classroom instruction, and ensure completion of training modules for new hires.
- Adhere strictly to all EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies.
- Conduct training on the airfield under various weather conditions.
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Prioritize work and projects to meet competing deadlines.
- Work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license.
- Maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required.
- Ability to select, train, guide, and motivate employees.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Working knowledge of PCs and software applications.
- Experience with EGOM training and QIK training.
- Manage station training records.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
