- MD with recognised specialist qualification

- Fluent English required
- Clinicians trained and licensed in Tier-1 Western systems (UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western/Northern Europe) or select Southern European jurisdictions
- Meeting DHP accreditation standards
