About the Role
Oversee the smooth operation of our community, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and fostering a strong sense of community. Prioritize move-in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and serve as the primary liaison to the Support Services Team. Work closely with the Sales Leadership team to ensure a smooth customer transition from prospect to resident. Create a warm and inviting environment, organize resident appreciation events, and maintain an active social media presence to build a vibrant community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely response to resolve or escalate resident issues appropriately.
- Lead resident package management efforts.
- Prepare move-in day documentation, inspections, and other steps for a seamless move-in experience.
- Perform move-in day welcome appointments to greet and orient new residents.
- Conduct post-move-in communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Service Manager to monitor the Work Order Program and assist the Service Team with work order communication issues.
- Conduct post work order follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process monthly invoices in adherence to the Procurement Policy.
- Proactively monitor expenses and adjust spending according to monthly operating budgets.
- Detail monthly variances in the operating statement and provide recommendations.
- Assist in the management of Funnel CRM queue management.
- Ensure the success of unguided prospect tours through signage, apartment preparation, and greeting.
- Review maintenance make-ready/move-in/move-out schedules to handle move-outs and prepare for move-ins.
- Manage the notice to vacate process, overseeing paperwork and system actions.
- Partner with the Prior Resident Support team by providing necessary information, overseeing Move Out Inspection, and facilitating the TIDY program.
Requirements
- Weekend work may be required.
- Maintain close partnership with Service Manager to positively impact communication and processes around the Work Order and Make Ready Maintenance Program.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
- Working knowledge of property management and prop-tech systems.
- Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a multifamily environment and/or property management operations.
- Transferable apartment industry sales related experience preferred.
Skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Funnel CRM preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $34.13 or $70,990 annually
- Full range is $34.13 - $42.65 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location
- Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary paid out quarterly
- Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential: $85,188 ($70,990 +$14,198 bonus potential)
