About the Role
We are looking for a key strategic partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Americas Investment Banking division. As Vice President, Change Execution Manager, you will be responsible for leading critical, high-impact programs that drive business growth, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and enhance efficiency across the division.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the front office and infrastructure functions
- Influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and resources
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing risk management plans
- Oversee program budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects
- Lead large, complex programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely, on-scope and on-budget execution
- Develop and manage key program documentation, including business requirements, timelines, RAID logs, and governance structures
Requirements
- Experience managing significant change initiatives with multiple stakeholders with differing priorities (ideally in Investment Banking but not critically)
- Knowledge/ understanding of Investment Banking business areas (the products; clients and their motivations)
- Collaborative and disciplined approach to program management combined with proven ability to work dynamically and with agility across multiple functions to deliver critical outcomes to pre-agreed plans

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured solutions in diverse business contexts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
