About the Role
We are looking for a Workday Technical Analyst on a 12 month FTC to join our People Team. You will play a key role in enhancing, supporting, and evolving our Workday platform, with a particular focus on Advanced Compensation.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert across multiple Workday modules, particularly Advanced Compensation.
- Support configuration and rollout of annual HR processes, especially Advanced Compensation and Talent & Performance cycles.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for Workday Support Analysts and HR Operations.
- Safeguard data integrity, ensure best-practice governance, and handle sensitive information with care.
- Lead the development of standardized dashboards, advanced reporting toolkits, and Exec-level insights.
- Own and enhance Workday integrations and maintain robust security configurations.
- Partner with HR stakeholders, external consultants, and project teams on BAU tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Support tenant management, testing cycles, and Workday’s biannual releases.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve configuration, and deliver impactful enhancements.
- Contribute Workday subject matter expertise to roadmap projects and the small-change backlog.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical lead in Workday HCM/Reporting and Advanced Compensation.
- Previous experience in a data analytics role.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into smart technical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain system changes to non-technical employees.
- Passion and aptitude for data, process, and systems.
- Strong competency in Excel.
