About the Role
Join Affirmed Home Care, Connecticut's premier concierge home care agency, and build meaningful relationships while providing exceptional care in the comfort of clients' homes. CNA/HHA's who drive are highly encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience
- Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- Valid driver's license
