About the Role
As a Manager in the Actuarial & Risk Modelling team, you will support audit engagements and corporate clients across pensions, valuations, and financial risk matters. This role offers significant responsibility and progression opportunities within a growing team that leverages AI and innovation to provide commercially focused advice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of pensions actuarial engagements
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
- Review technical work and coach junior team members
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership
- Support the growth and development of the Actuarial & Risk Modelling practice
Requirements
- Qualified Actuary
- Defined Benefit pensions experience
- Experience managing multiple internal or external stakeholders
- Experience working within set project timeframes
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Comfortable monitoring junior team members and providing coaching
- Commercial awareness and interest in growing a practice
- Interest in AI, innovation, and data-driven advisory services
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a growing team
