About the Role

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing store operations, upholding company standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role supports the general manager in maximizing financial returns and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the well-being of store and its employees through effective management of safety and risk.
• Effectively and timely communicates with all levels of the organization.
• Works closely with store personnel, general manager, and management teams.
• Effectively prioritizes daily store activities.
• Manages operations of sales floor or sales units.
• Serves as a point of contact with Corporate employees and outside vendors when management is absent.
• Upholds exemplary customer service standards by modeling behavior and leadership.
• Monitors sales and labor cost issues in real-time to maximize profitability.
• Responds in a timely manner to all escalated customer service issues.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, food/product safety, and branding requirements.
• Properly uses KDS system and its functionality.
• Assists with payroll, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and in-service training.
• Develops employees using coaching, mentoring, and empowerment practices.
• Handles employee relations functions, including discipline or suspensions.
• Serves as a general resource and role model for employees.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to various locations across the country.

• Team-building skills of empathy, rapport-building, delegation, and empowerment
• Ability to manage time effectively and be self-directed under minimal supervision
• Ability to conduct evidence-based business forecasting for sales and resource needs
• Knowledge of restaurant or retail management techniques

Experience Level

• One or more years of related experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
• Six or more months as a supervisor preferred

Education Level

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Salary/Compensations

• $22.00/hr
