About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Physical Therapist to cover hours at our New Jersey clinics. This role offers the opportunity to experience a variety of clinics and patient diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress.
- Execute treatments as promised.
- Provide items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs.
- Execute a high standard of clinical excellence.
- Maintain 5-star customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure patients receive necessary care and support.
Requirements
- License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Master or Bachelors of PT.
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
- Routinely lifts loads of 5-35 lbs from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and shoulder to overhead.
- Routinely carries loads of 5-10 lbs for 40-50 feet.
- Routinely pushes loads of 5-150 lbs on casters, runners or pulleys.
- Sustains a grip of 40-50 lbs for 1-2 minutes.
- Guards a "lift load" of 120-140 lbs.

- $85,000 - $120,000 a year (Inclusive of incentives)
