About the Role

TruTeam is seeking individuals to join their team as installers, contributing to the future of energy-efficient insulation and building material products. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a recognized "Great Place to Work" company that values integrity, innovation, and making a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all necessary product(s), tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.
