About the Role
The Analyst, Total Rewards supports the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits and Total Rewards programs. This early-career role offers exposure to vendor management, financial reporting, policy development, and strategic HR initiatives, playing a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and an exceptional colleague experience.
Responsibilities
- Support administration and governance of enterprise-wide Total Rewards programs including Fleet, Discount, Service Recognition, and Relocation programs.
- Resolve colleague inquiries via ServiceNow and other channels.
- Coordinate program eligibility, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor file transmissions.
- Maintain program documentation, policies, procedures, and job aids.
- Assist with program reporting, metrics, dashboards, and business insights.
- Monitor vendor service levels and support vendor governance, contract renewals, and annual reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and enhance colleague experience.
- Support compliance with company policies and governance standards.
- Assist with health and wellness program administration and issue resolution.
- Support benefit reporting, analytics, and annual budgeting activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for colleague education.
- Participate in benchmarking and market research to identify trends and best practices.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and Technology.
- Assist with special projects including acquisitions and program harmonization.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards, Benefits Administration, Finance, or Vendor Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.
