About the Role
Carvana is seeking Auto Painters with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience. In this role, you will prime vehicles, perform final sanding, buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrushing. We offer training programs for entry-level positions to ensure your skills and pay progress.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment
- Able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
