About the Role

This role offers real responsibility, reward, and progression for a property professional who thrives under pressure and delivers exceptional service. Take ownership of every deal from under offer to successful completion with an exciting commission-based package and additional earning potential through third-party referrals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
• Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures.
• Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
• Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
• Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
• Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
• Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
• Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
• Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
• A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
• Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
• Resilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Clear communicator who enjoys relationship building.
• Collaborative team player, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
