About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to manage our club, acting as the primary point of communication between the school and JAG. This role involves promoting the club and increasing bookings while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and support staff in delivering a safe and effective program.
- Ensure effective communication between the venue, team, parents, school/leisure center, and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children, inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Implement protocols and policies with team members.
- Create unexpected experiences that make people go 'WOW!'.
- Bring unique talents and skills to the role.
Requirements
- Management and Team leading experience.
- Real passion for working with children.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be the face of JAG and the point of communication between the School and JAG.
- Ability to promote the club and increase bookings.
- Compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy.
- Must provide two references, one from the most recent employer and one from a childcare setting (if applicable).
- Must meet requirements for DBS check and provide correct documentation.
