About the Role
NGT Academy is seeking closers to help individuals transform their careers through education. You will manage the full enrollment conversation via Zoom with prospects interested in career changes, leveraging a highly-rated product with over 800 five-star Trustpilot reviews. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role focused on helping the right people succeed.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enrollment conversation from first call to close via Zoom
- Manage clear enrollment targets within a proven, high-ticket program
- Handle senior-level objections regarding career change, investment, time commitment, and ROI with confidence and empathy
- Manage pipeline in CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up and patience with leads
- Handoff students to Student Success for payment, withdrawal, and support inquiries
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience with a documented record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience closing high-ticket or consultative deals where trust preceded the purchase
- Comfort with 100% commission compensation
- Ability to manage an independent pipeline without day-to-day direction
- Coachability at a senior level, actively seeking feedback and improvement
- Belief in education as a path to career change
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for video calls
