About the Role

As an AI and Automation Analyst, you will be key in supporting how AI and automation are used across an international business. You will gain industry knowledge, experience, and develop relationships to progress your career and build your skills. This role is part of the Investment20/20 programme, offering opportunities to network with industry trainees and participate in insight events.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering training, webinars, and communications to help colleagues use AI tools effectively.
• Engaging proactively with teams to understand needs, identify knowledge gaps, and find practical solutions.
• Creating clear and engaging materials like guides, demos, and videos to make AI approachable for non-technical audiences.
• Supporting the delivery of AI and automation projects from conception to rollout.
• Assisting with requirement gathering, solution testing, process documentation, and user feedback collection.
• Tracking project progress and providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
• Building connections and integrations between systems, including working with APIs and data flows (desirable).

• Exposure to data, APIs, or integration work through study, projects, or personal interest (desirable).
