About the Role

The RMP Project Coordinator, Operations will support project management and change management for large-scale capital projects, quality improvement projects, and strategic initiatives at the Radiation Medicine Program. This role also provides project and committee coordination support for various planning and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and/or lead project management, communication, and change management activities for large-scale capital and new technology implementation.
• Coordinate related RMP committees and working groups, including preparing agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
• Support tracking of actions, risks, issues, decisions, working group outputs, dependencies, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor, document, and report on the progress of project management, change management, and communication plans.
• Identify delays or changes for review.
• Prepare reports and key documents such as stakeholder maps, program status reports, and timelines.
• Support communication flow between internal teams and project managers of other departments.
• Support and coordinate Project Go-Live preparations and pre-/post- Go Live activities.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination with direct experience in project management.
• Demonstrated proficiency with change management methodologies and tools (PROSCI, etc.) and direct experience in change management.
• Experience executing various project communications activities, including content development (slide decks, SharePoint), stakeholder liaison, and communications planning support.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex tasks.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a positive and productive manner.
• Excellent writing skills with experience tailoring content to the audience.
• Ability to use a solution-oriented, team approach to problem-solving.
• Current UHN employees must have successfully completed their probationary period, have a good employee record, and satisfactory attendance.
• A Criminal Record Check may be required.
