Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
- Inspect vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans
- Order necessary parts and monitor repair progress
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed on schedule
- Maintain proper documentation and follow DRP and insurance guidelines
Requirements
- Relevant experience for the position applied
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous collision estimating experience required
- Knowledge of CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating software preferred
- Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claims
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Salary/Compensations
- ICAR certified starting 32.00 per hour
- Starting 30.00 per hour
- Starting 25.00 per hour
- Starting 18.00 per hour
- Flat rate or salary based on experience
