About the Role

As the Change, Comms and Training Lead for the Buyer Experience (Lead to Cash) Workstream of our OneInforma programme, you will develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that ensures successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the Buying Experience value stream, focusing on the people side of a transformation programme across multiple businesses, ensuring successful adoption, minimising resistance, and embedding new ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the change strategy, developing comprehensive change vision, strategy, and governance framework aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct cultural assessments, tailor change approaches to organizational context, partner with Business Readiness on workforce implications, and embedding new ways of working into BAU operations
  • Execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, lead detailed impact analysis at role and process levels, and ensure consistent multi-channel communications
  • Provide strategic direction on training priorities and delivery, conduct readiness assessments, define go/no-go frameworks, and coordinate readiness activities across workstreams
  • Define benefits frameworks, design adoption measurement approaches, monitor engagement throughout programme lifecycle, and integrate new ways of working into performance management
  • Design integrated governance structures with decision rights and escalation paths, define success metrics, advise leadership on progress and risks, and manage critical escalations
  • Assess change maturity, deliver change leadership development programmes, coach senior managers, and develop reusable change tools and playbooks to build organisational change capability
  • Establish Change Champion Network, facilitate change community of practice, and build organizational change muscle through internal practitioner development
  • Align change initiatives with other programmes, manage interdependencies, execute formal transition to BAU with knowledge transfer, and establish continuous improvement culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash change and transformation programmes
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives, including vision setting, governance frameworks, and success metrics that link change activities to measurable business outcomes
  • Expertise in building senior relationships, facilitating leadership alignment, navigating organizational politics, and securing visible executive sponsorship while managing resistance at senior levels
  • Capability to assess organizational readiness, understand cultural dynamics, tailor change approaches to fit context, and ensure sustainability by embedding new ways of working into BAU operations
  • Proficiency in defining benefits frameworks, measuring adoption through multiple metrics, conducting post-implementation reviews, and integrating new behaviours into performance management systems
  • Competence in designing integrated governance structures, defining decision rights, managing escalations, and advising leadership on change progress, risks, and strategic trade-offs
  • Skilled in developing and executing engagement strategies across diverse groups (executives, managers, frontline employees) with comprehensive impact analysis
  • Ability to oversee multi-channel communications ensuring consistent messaging and two-way dialogue, while providing strategic direction on training priorities and delivery approaches
  • Expertise in assessing change maturity, coaching leaders, developing change champion networks, and building sustainable organizational change capability through tools, frameworks, and communities of practice
  • Competence in aligning change initiatives with other transformation programmes, managing interdependencies, avoiding change fatigue, and coordinating readiness activities across workstreams
  • Capability to lead and develop change teams (Change Managers, Training Lead, Communications Lead, Business Readiness Managers, Champions) through strategic direction, coaching, and performance management
