About the Role

Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty finishes using proper painting techniques
Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish and quality standards
Maintain paint equipment, spray booths, and a clean, safe work environment
Work closely with estimators, body technicians, and management to ensure timely repairs

Requirements

Previous automotive painting experience required
Knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Relevant experience for the position applied
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work well in a team environment
