Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles and parts for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces
Remove imperfections and ensure surfaces are properly prepped for a flawless finish
Assist automotive painters with paint booth preparation and vehicle movement
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all manufacturer procedures and safety guidelines
Work efficiently to help meet production and cycle time goals

Requirements

Previous paint prep or automotive body shop experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
