About the Role

To provide a robust and diligent security operation for Crystal Palace Football Club at our Academy Training Ground, for training, matchdays and events/functions; To create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well protected.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring all CCTV equipment, radios and ancillary equipment for proactive and reactive monitoring to assist with crime detection, antisocial behaviour, fire, and other alerts.
• Maintaining close liaison with the Head of Security and Security supervisors.
• Accurately recording all incidents, observations, and actions taken in the CCTV log reporting system.
• Monitoring, operating, and communicating using all forms of equipment.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
• Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven interpersonal and communicating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• SIA and CCTV licence.
• Previous experience of using CCTV equipment and radio communications.
• Flexibility and ability to work a varied schedule when necessary.
• Must undergo a comprehensive background check, including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
