About the Role
As Deployment Architect for the Buyer Experience (Lead to Cash) Workstream of our OneInforma programme, your role is to design a strategy and framework that enables scalable and repeatable deployment of the Buying Experience solution to various businesses. This includes managing readiness assessments, localization changes, change management, testing, and go-live activities, requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and experience with complex transformations.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the overall strategy including phasing, sequencing, and deployment models
- Determine the optimal rollout sequence across businesses based on complexity, dependencies, and risk
- Create decision frameworks for standardisation vs. customisation approaches
- Define configuration management strategies to handle business-specific variations
- Design rollback and contingency strategies for each rollout phase
- Quantify resource demands and timings to inform execution planning
- Formalise an appropriate governance approach and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Establish testing strategies including UAT, integration, and performance testing
- Continuously review performance and refine framework to improve performance, reliability and quality
Requirements
- Previous experience in Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash change and transformation programmes
- Extensive Business Readiness experience, defining strategy centrally while directing divisional BR teams to execute locally
- Experience in multinational organisations, navigating global scale and fragmented structures effectively
- Appreciation of the events business model, including cyclical rhythms and physical on-site operations
- Deep commercial empathy for sales teams, understanding income-at-risk dynamics and event-led customer engagement
- Background in or close partnership with B2B sales to reduce buying friction
- Strong influencer who holds stakeholders accountable to deadlines with constructive, positive challenge
- Quickly builds trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholder groups- seen as reliable and decisive
- Executive presence and gravitas, adept at managing upwards and laterally without formal authority
- High emotional intelligence and excellent listener- communicates with clarity and empathy
- Proactive risk sensing, anticipating issues before they surface and mitigates early
- Skilled peacekeeper who maintains healthy, constructive tension to drive outcomes
- Enablement mindset, removing blockers and empowers teams rather than acting as a gatekeeper
- Proven delivery across large, complex, multi-division programmes in matrixed environments
- Strong change management capability, closing the loop between readiness insights and change execution
- Expertise in Lead-to-Order, Quote-to-Cash, or similar end-to-end business processes
- Experience with CRM and Order Management systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
