About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while helping transform how finance supports the business. As routine tasks become automated, you will have the opportunity to provide insight, improve processes, and develop into a Finance Business Partner. We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys finding better ways of working, and is excited by how technology can improve finance.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day finance operations across United Kingdom and international entities.
Support monthly reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls.
Manage accounts payable, payroll, expenses, cash flow and banking.
Build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual tasks and increase efficiency.
Work closely with the Finance Director to modernise our finance function and drive continuous improvement.
Streamline processes, embrace automation and help transform the way finance supports the business.
Analyze data, support decision-making and partner with stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

Experience in an operational finance, Finance Manager or Management Accountant role.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
