About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for producing consumables that power the post-processing of 3D-printed parts, ensuring customers receive high-quality products. This is a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and prepare consumables (color cartridges and related products) for internal and external customers.
- Pick, pack, and process consumable orders accurately and on time.
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet order deadlines and fulfillment targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Operate and maintain Cartridge Production equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness.
- Support the Production Manager with raw material inventory tracking and replenishment needs.
- Handle raw materials safely, including chemical transfers and first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation.
- Assist with waste management procedures, including emptying and processing IBC tanks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support general operational and office needs as required.
- Report directly to the Production & QC Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical vocational training, a relevant certification, or an associate degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or task-driven environment preferred.
- Motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail with a careful, methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain daily production logs.
- Ability to consistently meet output targets.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Reliable, quality-conscious, and a genuine team player.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
