About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months of experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home-to-home role; you will solely be based at one client's residence. Our clients have complex needs and require an attentive, pro-active carer who is up for a challenge. Every day is different, but we are here to make a difference.

About the Company
- Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
- We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status.
