About the Role
As a Design Professional at Cushing Terrell, you will collaborate with project teams on architectural design, project development, construction documents, and construction administration. You will develop design and technical solutions under the supervision of an experienced architect, coordinate with technical teams, and manage project segments.

Requirements
- NAAB-accredited architecture degree
- 0-6 years of experience in architecture
- Desire to expand team expertise
- Comfort with collaboration in all aspects of architecture design
- Passion for knowledge transfer and work sharing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
