About the Role
The Assistant Volleyball Coach will gain hands-on experience in program operations, including daily practice planning, coaching, positional instruction, scouting, recruiting support, and student-athlete development. This role provides meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to NCAA Division III program management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting communication and organization, guiding prospective student-athletes through the admissions process.
- Support strength and conditioning coordination, and contribute to administrative and compliance-related tasks.
- Assist with facility operations, including building management, event or practice supervision, and other duties as assigned.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that emphasizes intentional training and holistic student-athlete success.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Administration.
- Attend all team events, including training trips, away games, and international trips.
- Willing to travel for recruiting purposes.
Requirements
- High School Degree
- NCAA Volleyball playing or coaching experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
