About the Role
Pharma Medica Research is a full-service contract research organization specialized in conducting early-phase clinical trials. The Meal Cook provides all necessary dietary requirements for clinic studies according to study protocols and guidelines, ensuring efficient and orderly operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of dietary requirements for clinical studies.
- Follow proper requirements to ensure consistent and uniformed meals.
- Prepare menus and meals as required according to study protocol.
- Maintain the kitchen in a proper and acceptable fashion according to health requirements.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Follow cleaning procedures and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
- Perform defined work routines using various utensils, supplies and equipment.
- Occasionally assist in serving meals to subjects.
- Occasionally maintain the eating area throughout mealtime and clean up after subjects' meals.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry or related experience.
- Excellent communication skills including excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clinic staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge in computer usage and software applications.
