About the Role

Pharma Medica Research is a full-service contract research organization specialized in conducting early-phase clinical trials. The Meal Cook provides all necessary dietary requirements for clinic studies according to study protocols and guidelines, ensuring efficient and orderly operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of dietary requirements for clinical studies.
• Follow proper requirements to ensure consistent and uniformed meals.
• Prepare menus and meals as required according to study protocol.
• Maintain the kitchen in a proper and acceptable fashion according to health requirements.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow cleaning procedures and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Perform defined work routines using various utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Occasionally assist in serving meals to subjects.
• Occasionally maintain the eating area throughout mealtime and clean up after subjects' meals.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in the food industry or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills including excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clinic staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge in computer usage and software applications.
