About the Role
As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the success of the live gaming operation by leading, supporting, and managing the gaming team to ensure customers receive an unparalleled experience. This involves optimizing operational efficiency, guaranteeing an adequate supply of gaming products, and fostering a positive, dynamic work environment to motivate your team and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also manage the accurate upkeep of departmental records and documentation, creating an environment built on excitement, fun, fairness, and integrity.

Requirements
- Prior experience in operating and inspecting casino games.
- Hold a current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission with aspirations to acquire a PML.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment.
- Strong customer-facing skills are essential.
- Confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
- A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
