  • Lead post-closing agreement on quarterly property reporting and compliance certificates, and oversee completion of all loan level condition subsequents with the relevant loan servicer.
  • Establish draw tracker templates for future funding, manage the first post-closing funding for applicable loans, and ensure a timely handover of each loan to the CTM team.

  • Organize and attend recurring and ad hoc asset management meetings including weekly RECP team meetings, weekly GRM calls, quarterly servicing firm meetings, and monthly portfolio review calls.
  • Undertake key loan events such as future fundings, prepayments, valuations, and amendments, leading documentation and approval processes while liaising with RECP’s structuring team, external legal counsel, and other relevant third party consultants.
  • Support platform utilization and RECP team education for the Oxane asset management platform, including overseeing quarterly reporting uploads, verifying data consistency, and training the RECP and internal risk management teams on platform features.
