  • Own and evolve Norton's global brand strategy, including brand promise, narrative, voice, and visual identity.
  • Build messaging systems that connect corporate brand narrative to product stories and ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Champion long-term brand investments and advocate for the brand's role in driving growth.
  • Lead major brand initiatives such as platform launches, website overhauls, wholesale channel entry, and new audience strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new business areas, including geographies, channels (wholesale, retail), audience segments, and product category expansions.
  • Define market presence in new markets, including competitive positioning, channel approach, investment models, and localization.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing, Product, and other functions to execute new market entries.
  • Design campaign architecture for major initiatives, linking brand storytelling to launches and long-term brand building.
  • Lead content strategy and creative production, ensuring assets are effective across the full funnel and optimized for each channel.
  • Manage briefing quality, timelines, and budgets for creative production.
  • Evolve creative based on performance data, product insights, and competitive signals.
  • Work with Media and Analytics teams to size opportunities, forecast impact, set goals, and connect campaign results to strategy.
  • Lead post-launch learning for major initiatives, synthesizing results to inform future strategy.
  • Deliver data-grounded performance stories to senior leadership, explaining outcomes and implications for future investment.
  • Ensure regional and partner teams have clear positioning, assets, and guidance for major initiatives.
  • Incorporate regional and local market insights into global strategy and campaign development.
  • Build strong working relationships and influence across Product, Analytics, Regional Marketing, Media, Social, Web, PR, Sales, and Partner teams.
  • Manage and develop a global team of 2-3 marketers.
  • Establish efficient ways of working for the team.
