About the Role
This role manages the engine driving customer acquisition for the Norton product portfolio. You will be accountable for hitting acquisition targets, executing go-to-market strategies for product features, managing promotional windows, and optimizing performance across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Responsibilities
- Own annual and quarterly acquisition planning, including goal-setting and channel investment mix.
- Lead the briefing process for the media team to translate business priorities into performance expectations.
- Define acquisition priorities for promotional periods and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, updates, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain and optimize evergreen product and brand messaging across all channels.
- Define target audiences and ensure consistent execution across marketing channels.
- Drive creative updates and manage briefing with creative agencies.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies connecting channel roles and investment decisions.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitors to inform investment and differentiation.
- Develop geo-specific acquisition strategies in partnership with regional marketing teams.
- Own promotional and pricing strategy in collaboration with Product, Finance, and Revenue teams.
- Maintain and refresh product assets, messaging, and visuals across all touchpoints.
- Track cross-channel funnel performance and collaborate with analytics and retention teams.
- Design and evaluate acquisition tests to determine scaling opportunities.
- Deliver performance updates to leadership regarding risks and opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance team efficiency and results.
- Manage and develop a team of 3-5 acquisition and go-to-market professionals.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, or integrated go-to-market roles.
- Direct ownership of planning, performance goals, and results.
- Track record of end-to-end go-to-market execution for product features and campaigns.
- Proven ability to drive efficient growth through audience strategy and funnel improvement.
- Experience managing significant acquisition budgets with data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of pricing and promotional mechanics.
- Experience building geo-specific acquisition strategies.
- Experience in campaign building and creative strategy evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
- Experience with marketing mix modeling and attribution tools.
- Test-and-learn mindset with a history of scaling experiments.
- Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience using AI to improve work processes.
