About the Role
We are seeking a passionate culinary professional to join our team. This role focuses on station preparation, daily mise en place, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness while producing premium quality products in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform station preparation and daily mise en place
- Maintain general cleanliness of the assigned station
- Collaborate with the team to produce premium quality products
- Read and follow recipes and established standards
- Train employees on kitchen standards
- Maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards
- Attend training and special events
Requirements
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
- Continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Legal work authorization in Canada
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of previous kitchen or A La Carte experience in a fast-paced operation
Skills
