About the Role
The Provisioning Analyst independently performs Access Management functions for enterprise core system accounts, analyzing, implementing, and administering security requests and audit reports. This role serves as the primary point of contact for users seeking assistance from Information Security, including incident response.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day account management for all user accounts using automated tools, administrative console, or application admin screens.
- Understands, creates, and maintains documentation for day-to-day account management and compliance operations.
- Assists with onboarding and acquisition of account management responsibilities of new applications.
- Establishes and maintains role-based access in accordance with the standard of least privilege.
- Maintains familiarity with Health Information Security policies and relevant Compliance & Legal policies.
- Follows standard operating and lifecycle procedures for handling user account exceptions/anomalies.
- Identifies, understands, scopes, organizes, and resolves small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.
- Preventatively monitors and resolves account issues.
- Assists with the resolution of negative audit findings related to user account management.
- Creates, maintains, communicates, and reacts to reports about Account Management metrics.
- Performs rotating on-call incident response for high-priority incidents.
- Identifies account management issues and escalates to proper individuals.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience, with 2 years in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong analytical, process, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires on-call duty 24 hours/day as part of a rotation schedule for emergency response to critical technical situations requiring immediate attention.
