About the Role

Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team leverages consulting expertise, data assets, and technology to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations. The Program Management consultants within this group lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to drive value and growth, acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing projects within a portfolio, coordinating activities and defining roles for team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective identification and proactive mitigation of risks to project timelines.
  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams for large, complex, high-value projects across various industries and cultures.
  • Utilize project and change management methodologies to drive measurable client value.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budget, and perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses.
  • Report on project issues, risks, progress, and timelines, providing analysis, options, and solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted partner.
  • Refine marketing concepts and create data-driven campaigns informed by product metrics.
  • Collaborate on multi-channel strategies to identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives.
  • Develop client-focused strategic content for various campaigns to optimize the customer journey.
  • Continuously monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
  • Plan, organize, and structure work for self and junior team members.
  • Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management.
  • Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development.
  • Provide coaching to enable ownership of project management and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
  • 4-6 years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience in leading/supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Logical, structured thinking.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying.
  • Ability to apply for travel visas as required.
  • Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
  • Experience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business.
  • Experience coaching junior consultants.
  • Completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants.
  • MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required).
