About the Role
As an integral member of the Product Solutions team, this role is responsible for the review, enhancement, and support of TWDC Broadcast Management Systems, Air-Time-Sales workflows, and ancillary media applications. You will implement workflow solutions that meet business needs, support planning activities, and ensure successful execution of projects and deliverables. The role provides assistance with feature prioritization and implementation within specific timelines, working with internal teams, users, and third-party vendors to align with the Product Solutions roadmap and department strategy.
Responsibilities
- Participate in system review activities and product workflow requirements
- Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organise requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Work with the configuration and Product Solutions team to field functionality-related questions
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used for implementation
- Participate with other Product Solutions specialists to understand how to map legacy workflows to the existing Common Workflow Standard in order to drive business alignment
- Support the Product Solution Engineers with workflow-related requests and processes
- Track product-related queries to completeness and provide recommendations
- Ensure effective request management and change controls
- Provide assistance to the Product Solutions team with different activities
- Perform duties with moderate to low supervision
- Coordinate with technology and portfolio teams the delivery of functional solutions
- Provide hands-on support with planning, scheduling, configuration, media- and data-related activities
- Work with the userbase on triaging requests following a designated process
- Collaborate with leadership team on requirements and new initiatives within the business
