About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to maintain and repair robots across the US. As the first field technician on the ground, you will play a critical role in our US expansion by debugging hardware and software issues, coordinating with our Swiss headquarters, and ensuring optimal robot performance.
Responsibilities
- Debug and repair hardware issues on-site to ensure robot uptime.
- Coordinate maintenance and support activities with onsite technicians and security personnel.
- Manage robot logistics, including shipping and spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- Relevant experience with electronics and moving mechanical components.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
- Valid US work visa or citizenship.
