Responsibilities
- Handle trusts and estates litigation, including probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court litigated matters.
- Manage Article 81 guardianship matters (a plus).
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Trusts & Estates litigation.
- Significant law firm experience in the field.
- Demonstrated ties to Long Island.
