About the Role
The Product Manager participates in the creation and management of Transfer Agency Services products and services for listed issuers, from the idea stage to launch. This role supports the development and improvement of systems used by clients and internal staff at TSX Trust while providing ongoing business support throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Maximize ROI by ensuring product features align with TSX Trust long-term goals.
- Advocate for the customer to ensure products are intuitive and solve real pain points.
- Research market trends, analyze competitors, and engage with customers to create a 1-3 year product roadmap.
- Provide business process and technical knowledge to IT teams to ensure quality implementation.
- Own the product roadmap and development prioritization logs.
- Generate product requirement documents, charters, and user stories.
- Analyze market and client needs to ideate new offerings and revenue streams.
- Consult with process architects and business analysts to innovate self-service tools and omni-channels.
- Manage input from diverse subject matter experts and translate it into product features.
- Gather, review, and analyze business requirements from multiple internal teams.
- Balance bespoke client needs with internal process capabilities to ensure productive user experiences.
- Provide technical support for external clients across Transfer Agent products.
- Manage product defects using end-user experience.
- Manage products and services for issuer clients, including billing, onboarding, training, and vendor revenue sharing.
- Market current products and services to issuers.
- Plan and implement education-related events for issuer clients.
- Improve the Exchange’s educational offerings using research and analytical skills.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
