About the Role

The Corporate Trust Compliance Specialist II role is responsible for the initial review of every new business closed by the Corporate Trust team, ensuring each account is properly set up and functioning according to governing documents. This role offers exposure to all facets of Corporate Trust Administration and the opportunity to work on complex accounts as you grow your skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Corporate Trust knowledge to each initial account review (paying agent, trustee, and escrow accounts) to ensure the account is properly set up and functioning per the governing documents.
  • Use Excel, UMB systems, and industry systems to review documents, manage accounts, and monitor activities.
  • Partner with internal teams including the Relationship Management team to prepare summaries and reports, as well as make recommendations on changes to policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of work experience in Corporate Trust or related area.

  • $60,795 to $112,875 annually (Colorado)
