About the Role

Join our agile Platform Product team to develop Core Banking propositions, creating products and services that deliver value to clients and customers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and mission teams to analyze requirements for Ledger, Interest Engine, and Product Account LifeCycle.
Drive requirements gathering and project engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Consult with technical teams to identify constraints, impacts, and feature estimates.
Assist Product Owners in breaking down Epics into detailed user stories and feature specifications in JIRA.
Develop comprehensive documentation for internal and external consumption.
Conduct testing, quality assurance, and governance prior to product release.

Requirements

Proven experience as a business analyst, technical analyst, or product owner in a software development environment.
Passion for customer experience and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple dependencies across internal and external teams.
Technical background with an understanding of the banking regulatory environment.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Experience with defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
