About the Role
Lido Beach is recruiting for an entry-level Attendant to assist with event setup, landscape cleanup, and maintaining beach quality. This role offers growth opportunities and benefits starting within 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the beach, landscape, park, restrooms, and facilities
- Remove refuse and paper from grounds and buildings
- Set up and dismantle tables, chairs, and decorations for special functions
- Operate heavy equipment, light automotive equipment, UTVs, light landscape equipment, and hand tools
- Keep operating records, and complete material requests, service requests, and work orders
- Maintain a schedule of maintenance for assigned area(s)
- Perform daily safety checks and repairs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain a GED within six months
- Valid Florida Driver's License at time of hire
- Experience with small tools and lightweight maintenance equipment (preferred)
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening
