About the Role

Supports the delivery of IT projects to meet organizational objectives by developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborates with technical teams and leadership to execute initiatives, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for IT projects of moderate scope
  • Ensure project implementation adheres to approved project management methodologies
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and support timely task completion
  • Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, services, and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to management
  • Communicate project status, updates, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership
  • Resolve customer incidents, requests, and projects within specified Service Level Agreements or milestones
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to support project execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare, computer science, management information systems, or a relevant area
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • All experience must be paid and in the same related field
  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods
  • Ability to perform tasks with intermittent repetitive motion
  • Ability to occasionally stand or walk with objects up to 10lbs
  • Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50lbs
